EXCHANGE & RETURNS
To be eligible for exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All you need to do is just inform us about the products that you want to return within 96 hours of receiving the order on info@7thsenseexport.com along with Invoice copy and order number.
# Can I exchange or return a part or all items from my order?
Yes, you may exchange or return a part or all items from your Order.
# Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchange or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange or refunded.
# How I will receive the refunds?
The refunds will be issued to you either in your original payment method or in the form of discount coupons, which you can use in your next purchase.
# How long will it take to get the refunds?
Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection, which takes about 2 day. Typically, the refunds are initiated within 3-5 working days after product inspection.
